Deletion request

Verify the account owner.

Enter the email address used for your trader account. To protect accounts from unauthorised deletion, we will verify ownership through that email address before deleting anything.

We use these details only to verify and complete this deletion request.

What will be deleted

Your trader profile, contact details, active session tokens and trader registration listings will be deleted after verification. Information that must be retained for fraud prevention, security or legal obligations may be kept only where necessary, as described in our privacy policy.
